Bubbenhall House is an award winning bed and breakfast establishment, it is located in the heart of Warwickshire, between Royal Leamington Spa and Coventry, ideal for Warwick, Kenilworth, the NEC, Stoneleigh Park and NPIA(Police Training). Bubbenhall House is ideally placed to visit many local attractions and events including the many exibitions at Stoneleigh Park and the NEC, Warwick Castle, Charlecote Park, Ryton Orgnic Gardens, Ragley Hall and both the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford.
Play Golf at Stoneleigh Deer Park or The Warwickshire. Enjoy excellent local fishing and rambling. Local to Bubbenhall House are a great many pubs, ideal for a good pint or a tasty meal. Wendy will be happy to discuss local restaurants and pubs with you.
Bubbenhall House has been lovingly restored, oak beams and a splendid Jacobean staircase are features of the architecture. Spacious ground floor areas include an elegant dining room and a choice of sumptuous lounges. A beautiful oak four poster room is also available.
The surrounding woods by Bubbenhall House are carpeted with bluebells in the spring and are home to a dormouse sanctuary.

The house is completely non smoking but there are several seating areas outside. We are pet friendly accommodation, with 5 acres of grounds and situated right next to Ryton Country Park, there is plenty of exercise space. We highly recommend our ground floor twin room when travelling with pets as it has a door opening directly to the grounds.

Our policy is to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
Our water is direct from a bore hole and has had no added chemicals. A recycling policy is in action and Local produce is used where possible.
