Orestone Manor is set in beautiful gounds on the rural fringe of Torquay, in an idyllic loation with breathtaking views over Devon's beautiful coastline and rolling countryside.
The 12 luxury bedrooms, many with gorgeous bay views, convey an air of comfortable splendour. All have been beautifully decorated and most enjoy spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
Every room has its own ensuite bathroom, complete with sumptuous bathrobes and moltern brown toiletries.
The award winning restaurant serves a contemporary English menu for lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Whether you are looking for a relaxed lunch with friends or a special dinner, Orestone Manor Restaurant can provide the perfect setting, adding style and elegance to any occasion.
Orestone manor also has an outdoor swimming pool available during summer months and a relaxing airy conservatory for guests to enjoy.
There are two towns very close by, Torquay, which has a very cosmopolitan feel with a range of boutiques, wine bars, bistros and restaurants to choose from. There are plenty of attractions for you to enjoy. Take a horse drawn carriage ride from the sea front to the ancient village of Cockington or visit the Living Coast where you can see aquatic life close at hand, or even play a round of golf at Torquay Golf Course just over a mile away.
Shaldon is also well worth a visit with its beautiful old fashioned fishermens cottages and botanical gardens. Take a visit to the rare breeds Shaldon Wildlife Zoo and secluded Smugglers beach.
