Exmoor with its heathered moorland, wooded valleys and winding rivers makes spectacular picnic spots. We highly recommend you take time out to visit Tarr Steps, Landacre Bridge, Watersmeet, Lynmouth, Dunkery Beacon and Selworthy .

The market town of South Molton 3 miles away provides a supermarket, sports facilities including swimming pool, and all necessary services. Cosy country pubs provide an ideal location for eating out. The shopping centre of Barnstaple is 15 miles away.

Nearby Croyde, famous for its surfing, Woolacombe Putsborough & Saunton provide the finest quality beaches, and further along the coast to the west is the unique cobbled fishing village of Clovelly.

The Cottages are all furnished and equipped to provide tasteful and homely accommodation, including: woodburners, television, DVD player, radio, pine furniture throughout, kitchen/diner, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, use of tumble dryer, iron, electric meter, cot/high chair, duvets, towels and bed linen provided, garden furniture/barbeque, ample parking and delightful country walks, with freedom to roam the farm, lambing time is fascinating for children, or just relax in your own enclosed garden.
