The Phoenix Guesthouse is an elegant and spacious 7 bedroom Victorian House situated on the edge of Hastings town centre, 2 minutes walk from the main line rail station and seafront and a short walk from historic Hastings Old Town with its traditional pubs, bars,restaurants, galleries, antique shops and fresh fish stalls.

The Phoenix Guest House has 7 bedrooms, 3 double rooms have ensuite bathrooms, 1 double room has a shower in the room and 3 share a bathroom. All rooms have flat screenTV's with integrated Freeview and DVD players tea, coffee and cookies and a hairdryer, iron and ironing board on request. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the Guest House . Cereals, fruit and a cooked breakfast, including a vegetarian option, are served in the dining room every day .


The famous 1066 countryside is within easy reach and historic towns such as the Cinque Port of Rye and Battle are only a short journey away. Hastings and the surrounding 1066 countryside is full of things to see and do. The newly opened Hastings Blue Reef Aquarium, following a £1m refurbishment, features a giant ocean tropical display with an amazing underwater walkthrough tunnel. The 109 acre Alexandra Park runs through the heart of Hastings and is home to huge variety of plants and trees. Hastings Adventure Golf has three 18 hole courses including a 'Florida' style course with 7 waterfalls and 13 fountains. Hastings County Park provides 660 acres of ancient woodland, heath land and grassland along with 5 km of spectacular cliffs and coastline, great for hikers and dog walkers.
