On ground level about 50m from the award winning sandy beach and 5 minute level walk to Paignton Pier, multiplex cinema, restaurants, pubs and local attractions and amenities. Our spacious apartments are a favourite with families and the detached bungalow is popular with couples. Apartments are centrally heated, furnished and equipped to a high standard. Each has its own private entrance, for your safety fitted with fire precautions. Our safe private parking means you can leave the car for the duration of your holiday and just relax in the comfort of your apartment. PRICES INCLUDE ADMINISTRATION COSTS FOR BOOKING ONLINE. Apartments 2,4 & 5 are priced for 4 persons only. Additional person at £30 per person per week. STAYS CAN ONLY BE BOOKED STARTING FROM A SATURDAY AND IN WEEKLY BLOCKS.
