The Grange is a large Victorian house nestling in two acres surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside designated an area of outstanding natural beauty and backed by National Trust land. Spectacular sea views to the front of the house from an elevated position.
There are 4 self catering apartments at the hotel each one graded as 4 star by the Visitbritain tourist board. The apartments boast picturesque views across to the sea and fantastic facilities. Apartments contain well equipped kitchens, TV’s and DVD players also. Corporate get-togethers or corporate functions can be specially arranged at The Grange, whether for one day events or overnight stays.
The Grange will present your clients or employees with the opportunity to indulge in golf, clay-pigeon shooting, horse riding and many other activities at local venues, while enjoying quality accommodation in a spectacular, peaceful environment. The Grange is also an ideal venue in a beautiful location for house parties and sleeps up to 18.
Rockham Bay is within walking distance – challenging on the way back, but well worth the effort. One can walk around the point to the left to Morte Point or right to Bull Point and the lighthouse and beyond towards Lee Bay. The beach itself is a small rocky bay, interspersed with sandy nooks and when the tide is out there are a multitude of rock pools to explore.
The gardens at The Grange are there for guests to enjoy, ideal for children to run around and explore, with a barbeque for alfresco eating, and strategically placed seating to enjoy the views and quiet. We have various equipment for outdoor games; badminton, softball, boulles and croquet, all of which are available for use by our guests and stored in the games room.

We encourage our guests to recycle as much as possible.
