Lower Pottles- Bed and Organic Breakfast and Lower Towsington Cottage- A Self Catering Cottage are situated in a small hamlet of ancient thatched cottages on the owner's 25 acre Organic small holding. They nestle within a lee of the rolling Devon countryside and are placed on the edge of the small village of Exminster. They enjoy easy transport links to major road networks making them an ideal location to explore the historic city of Exeter and the South West.

B and B- The double rooms are both ensuite with organic towels and tea / coffee tray. Mouth-watering organic breakfasts are served in the exclusive guest sitting / dining room or outside on the patio. Breakfasts include eggs from our organic free-range hens, home baked fresh organic bread, fresh fruit salad or compote and a full 'Devon' - all from locally sourced organic produce.

Lower Towsington Cottage -Self Catering. is a beautiful newly renovated 300 year old thatched cottage catering for up to 5 people. Set across the farm lane from Lower Pottles it is a fabulous base for visiting the West country, with shop and pubs within ½ mile. Local attractions include Dartmoor National Park with its rugged scenery, Haldon Forestry Centre with walks and cycle trails, Exeter city centre, Powderham Castle, the picturesque estuary town of Topsham and several NT properties are all on the doorstep. Beaches and coastal walks are within a 15-minute drive, and local deep sea fishing can be arranged. There is also a golf course in the village. For nature lovers there is an abundance of wildlife including the habitat of the rare Cirl Bunting.

The accommodation comprises Two luxuriously appointed double rooms on the first floor and one single room on the ground floor. Lounge with wood burning stove. Separate Kitchen and Dining room. Family bathroom, shower room/WC, Utility, Large garden, Summerhouse and Bicycle shed. 2,3,4 and 7 day bookings Mainly friday to friday.
