The Florida is an attractive family run non-smoking guest house rated 4 star by Visit Britain. We are situated just 80 yards level walk from the seafront, sandy beaches and within easy reach of the town centre and harbour. We are open all year. We offer comfortable surroundings with all rooms tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Whatever you may choose to do, whether to simply relax or explore the many attractions, we pride ourselves in giving a warm welcome to all our guests whilst providing excellent quality service and hospitality. We personally prepare excellent full english or continental breakfasts which are served in our attractive dining room looking out onto the sun terrace. We are also happy to prepare vegetarian breakfasts upon request. Feel free to relax in our comfortable residents lounge with cable television, magazines and books. There is plenty to see and do in Paignton. The hotel is a short walk from the seafront, Apollo Cinema and the many shops, pubs and clubs in the area. Families love Paignton.
