A friendly country hotel delightfully situated on the banks of the Cothi River, Carmarthenshire, and enjoying beautiful views over the river, surrounding fields and woodlands and personally run by the owners with great care. Our aim is for you to look forward to a return visit.

Carmarthenshire is known as The Garden of Wales, and for good reason. We are only 10 minutes from the National Botanical Gardens of Wales and Aberglasney House and Gardens. You will find the South Carmarthenshire Coast, Tenby and Saundersfoot and the Cardigan Coast easily reached. The nearest coast, Llanstephan, a delightful village with a castle and lovely cliff walks, is only 12 miles away. Within reasonable distance for a day out are the Brecon Beacons, offering spectacular walking in the National Park. Other attractions are the Woollen Mills, golf, pony trekking, many castles and a spectacular reservoir 'Llyn Brianne' all set in some magnificent countryside.

We have a short stretch of fishing and arrangements can be made for guests to fish on other private and club waters. Fishermen welcome, permits sold for cross hands water as well as our own stretch of private fishing, available to guests only. Cyclists and walkers are also welcome, with facilities for bikes and outdoor gear. We are 20 mins away from the Mountain Bike Centre in Brechfa Forest.
We have plenty of car parking to the front & rear of the premises with room for larger vehicles to park.

Business guests are welcome with free use of Wi-Fi and we also have a conference room available for hire. We look forward to welcoming you to Wales.
