We provide our customers with 7 spacious rooms sleeping from 2 adults in our doubles up to a maximum of 5 in our largest triple/ twin room. View images of the Guest House. Our easy to find location set back from Ferry road [A902] north of the city centre is a short walk from Leith, the Royal Yacht Britannia, Playhouse Theatre and Botanical Gardens. The excellent transport network on our doorstep means you can leave your car in our private off-road car-park and take a short bus or taxi ride to the city centre with ease. offering you loads of places to go shop and visit, before calling it a day, and returning to our lovely accommodation, to relax. Please Note: Non-smoking. No pets permitted on the premises. No Takeaway Food allowed on the premises. All Children are Welcome. (Families and Couples only), "single sex parties will be refused entry and deposit will not be refunded. Off sreet parking and private parking facilities available.
