A warm welcome awaits you at this attractive 17 room 2* family-run hotel, where the original Georgian style has been fully restored, offering comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation in a quiet cobbled street in the heart of Edinburgh, Scotland's beautiful capital city.
We are only a short walk to Princes street (3 min.), Edinburgh's Playhouse (2 min.), Edinburgh Castle (15 min.) Waverley rail (8 min.) and St Andrews Square bus station (5 min.), Botanical gardens and most of the other major city centre attractions. Also nearby is the vibrant Broughton Street with its many fine restaurants, cafes, bars, & clubs.
All hotel rooms have television with tea and coffee making facilities
