A warm welcome awaits you at Kings Acre. From the moment of arrival guests feel at home and can take time out to unwind. Whether you are staying one night or more, the ambience, facilities and space are revitalising.
There is plenty to see and do both at the guest house and in the local area. Cyclists, ramblers, ornithologists, surfers and golfers describe some of the people who have stayed here. Locally there are beautiful coastal walks, pretty villages to visit and stunning beaches. Further afield, you could walk over Bodmin Moor to Jamaica Inn, visit Eden and Heligan, Looe or Fowey or go maritime in Falmouth. You can always stay on site and enjoy all the facilities.
Breakfasts, prepared and cooked freshly, are served in the bistro or terrace, or you may wish to search out a secluded table. Snacks are available throughout the day or can be ordered to take for a picnic. Kings Acre has a licensed bar, lounge and dining-room. Spacious grounds in which to relax and ample on site parking. Our Edwardian detached house has fantastic views across Cornwall with romantic sunsets, adding to the relaxing ambience.

Breakfast is included. Regrettably we can not accommodate children.

Want something Luxurious – book a 2 night stay and you can arrive about 2:00pm for high tea. You can then wind down in the sauna and hot-tub with a chilled bottle of bubbly. Next morning you can laze around with the papers until around 10:30 and have a late breakfast served. After a day exploring the area you may have planned a meal. We would happily reserve a taxi and table if required. On the day of departure, a check out time of 11.30 keeps you unhurried and relaxed.

Want pure Indulgence – book a 3 night stay and on arrival you want rose petals on the bed, a personalised 'Message of Love' for that special person,champagne , chocolates, cut glass flutes, magazines, sparkling and still water. You'll have exclusive use of the fitness suite each day. We'll serve breakfast with Bucks Fizz, strawberries and Cornish clotted cream until 11.00 and have newspapers of your choice brought to your room. We offer cream tea on arrival, and a snack of sandwiches and salad for that night in. We will organise a taxis and help reserve a restaurant table, making your stay relaxing, and a memorable occasion.
