Greenwood Lodge is a quiet and cosy guest house with a relaxing atmosphere. It has been awarded 4 Stars (Guest accommodation) by the AA. It is a beautiful 18th Century, Grade 2 listed property nestling in 2 acres of attractive gardens in rural Somerset.
The guest house is close to the M5, and there is a railway station in nearby Highbridge. North Somerset is an ideal location from which to explore the West Country. It is excellent for walking, cycling, golfing and fishing, or simply lazing on the beach. The major cities of Somerset - Taunton, Bath and Bristol are all closeby. Exeter, Cardiff and Clark's Village at Street are excellent for shopping.
The restaurant is open to non-residents where excellent quality evening meals are available (advance booking advisable). There is also a therapy room on site which offers a variety of massages and holistic treatments given by qualified practioners.
