A Quality Assured 2 Star Family Run Hotel located within its own Award Wining Grounds and boasting a charming private wooded path leading guests down towards the High Street and Seafront both of which are only a 5 minute stroll away. We have a stunning Four Poster Room, and a Spa Bath Room amongst our comfortable bedrooms. We are on the Coast to Coast Cycle Path, close to many glorious walks, within driving distance of some of the finest Golf Clubs in the area, and many Blue Flag Beaches. Ilfracombe hosts a Walking Festival in May, a Victorian Week in June with many other festivals during the course of the Season. We are also very close to the excellent Bus Services in the area, and Barnstaple some 14 miles away is our closest railway link which in turn provides a direct train link into the heart of Exeter. Guests cars can be parked in the Hotel Car Park. We have a Licensed Bar which is very well stocked, and a Restaurant serving genuine home made meals, using wherever possible produce from the Hotel’s garden or sourced from local suppliers. Breakfast is a grand affair with a large choice including home made bread and preserves and a good vegetarian selection. We cater for Walking Groups (we have drying facilities), Cyclists (lockable storage for bikes available), Couples, Families and guests wishing to bring along their dogs.
