Welcome to Boscundle Manor. Located just 1 mile from Cornwall's famous Eden project and set in 5 acres of it's own private, quiet grounds, a truly wonderful oasis in which to relax and unwind. The first thing you notice is that the building really is as pretty as it looks in the pictures and the welcome you get from the staff right through to the complimentary pot of tea and slice of cake, puts you instantly at ease.
There are 14, individually designed rooms ranging from standard manor rooms right through to giant suites, with all the usual touches you would imagine from an independently run country house hotel, such as Molton Brown toiletries, fresh fruit and lovely fluffy bath robes (there are even mini versions for the children!).
If you are able to make the time to indulge in one of the many spa treatments available in the dedicated Zento room, you will be rewarded by being even more relaxed than you could ever have imagined and in exactly the right mood to enjoy a lovely candle lit dinner in the stunning dining room. Boscundle's chefs offers a fixed price seasonal 5-5-5 menu consisting such mouth watering delights as pan fried boneless quail breast served on a bed of warm onion and sultanas and finished with cherry sauce followed by succulent cornish rouen duck breast served with potato galette, butternut squash and garam massala, broad beans and a chinese five spice jus.

The Scarlett Manor Suite, strikingly decorated in reds and golds, is the most centrally located room in the
manor house with the bedroom located right above the porchway and the lounge set back into the main body of the
hotel. It has lovely south facing views of our own grounds including the front lawn, terrace with fountain and
up to the croquet lawn. The suite consists of a Bedroom with a large wooden sleigh bed connected via an internal
door to the lounge with a Sofa Bed that is suitable for either one adult or two children. Off the lounge is the
bathroom with a spa bath and a separate walk-in shower with rain head.
Facilities include wall mounted Flat Screen LCD TV, Red Roberts Radio, DDI Telephone with Data Port, Tea &
Coffee making facilities, Alarm Clock, Molton Brown Toiletries, iron and Ironing board, Hairdryer, Trouser

The Daphne Manor Suite is the largest suite in the house and is subtly decorated in light blues and yellows and
consists of the entire easterly wing of Boscundle Manor. It has lovely garden views over the conservatory down
to the gardens bordering the driveway. The suite consists of a Bedroom with a large king size bed (the bed is a
zip n link type so it can be also configured as twin single beds if required) connected via an internal door to
the lounge with a Sofa Bed that is suitable for either one adult or two children. Off the bedroom is a very
large bathroom with a bath and a separate walk-in shower.
Facilities include TV with built-in DVD Player, Baby Blue Roberts Radio, DDI Telephone with Data Port, Free Wifi
Internet Access, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Alarm Clock, Molton Brown Toiletries, iron and Ironing board,

This room has a connecting door through to The Rebecca Suite.
The Rebecca Manor Suite is the second largest room located close to the indoor pool is predominantly pink and features a mahogany four poster bed and French doors leading out to a patio which gets the sun in the mornings and evenings. The en-suite bathroom features a spa bath and a separate walk-in shower.
This room is often used as a bridal suite.

The Charlotte Garden Suite is a truly amazing room, dramatically decorated in black, white and pink and is the principal bridal suite. It is located about 30m from the Manor House, just above the outdoor pool and has French doors which open out onto a private patio with lovely views over the terraced gardens. The en-suite bathroom has a large double ended spa bath with rain shower head, double glass sinks and an interesting pebble and decking floor.
Facilities include 32" Wall Mounted LCD TV with integral PVR, 2 Seater Sofa, Black Roberts Radio, DDI Telephone with Data Port, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Alarm Clock, Molton Brown Toiletries, iron and Ironing board, Hairdryer, Trouser press, Mini Bar, Fresh Milk, Complimentary Fruit Bowl on Arrival, Fluffy White Towels, Slippers and Bathrobes.
The Louisa Manor Room, contemprarily decorated in blues and browns, is positioned at the front (south facing) side of the manor house and has two windows, each with a large window seat, overlooking the front lawn with its millstone centre piece. Its large, 6' wide mahogany sleigh bed is complemented by the large bathroom with a double ended spa bath and rain shower head.

The Emily Manor Room occupies a south facing elevation of the manor house with a lovely window seat overlooking the front terrace with its fountain and over to the croquet lawn. Predominantly pink and white, the decor leans towards the feminine side and there is a large king size bed (the bed is a zip n link type so it can be also configured as twin single beds if required)

The centre piece to the Elizabeth Manor Room is a huge, 6'6" square, white mahogany, four poster bed (not shown in the photograph) as well as a pair of French doors leading out onto a small patio area which in turn leads directly on to the croquet lawn. The en-suite bathroom has a spa bath with a power shower.

The Agatha Cottage Suite is the largest of three rooms located in our cottage and has a good sized patio, a lounge with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped hospitality kitchen (sometime referred to as an American kitchen) to one side. Off the lounge is the main bedroom with a large king size bed (the bed is a zip n link type so it can be also configured as twin single beds if required) and off the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and power shower. The decor here is quite contemporary with lots of suede, naturals, fake fur and Kelly Hoppen accessories.
This room has inteconnecting doors through to both the Beatrix and Jasmine cottage rooms which can be locked or unlocked as required.

The Beatrix Cottage Suite is one of three rooms located in our cottage and entry is via the lounge with a double sofa bed and off the lounge is the main bedroom with a queen size bed and off the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and power shower.
The decor here is quite contemporary with lots of suede, naturals, fake fur and Kelly Hoppen accessories. In addition, this room has an inteconnecting door through to the Agatha Cottage Suite which can be locked or unlocked as required.
The Joanna Manor Room is located next to the indoor swimming pool, has green and cream as accent colours and has a French style wooden 5' double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. In addition this room benefits from a very large private patio that is ideal for sunbathing in the afternoons.

Please note that it is necessary to walk about 5 metres around the outside of the pool and up some steps to gain access to Joanna Manor Room.
