Nestling in the picturesque upper Teme Valley in the hamlet of Llanfair Waterdine, The Waterdine presents a relaxed friendly attitude but professional service for our guests. Our warm and personal welcome on arrival, the delightful individuality of each of our bedrooms, the superb dining and wine list, make The Waterdine the ideal spot to relax and unwind.

The Waterdine is a simple 16th century Drovers Inn built the style of a Welsh long house, it still retains many of its original features, leaded glass windows, 16th century brick, timber, and slate floors, exposed beams and inglenook fireplaces enhance the public rooms.

Each of our bedrooms is individually designed, decorated and furnished, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every room has en-suite bathroom or shower room colour television tea and coffee making facilities etc. all have views of the surrounding countryside.

The Waterdine is surrounded by mature gardens, which during the summer make a wonderful place to sit with your pre-dinner drinks whilst you choose you dinner from our menu created from organic local and home grown produce. The garden is a haven for many of Britain’s songbirds.
