A warm welcome awaits you at this attractive 17 room family-run hotel, where the original Georgian style has been fully restored, offering comfortable Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a quiet cobbled street in the heart of Edinburgh, Scotland's beautiful capital city.
The building became a hotel in 1942 when the Grant sisters -two spinsters- bought the building next door and combined it into a hotel with a tea room. They started serving morning coffee, high teas, cream teas and traditional lunches. There is a small in-house licensed bar available, currently being upgraded, but still open for guests to use. We happily accept group bookings.
Location: The Regent House Hotel is located in a quiet area of the city centre of Edinburgh. During the week, free parking is available at 10-12 minutes walking distance.

Please Note:Paid parking just off the hotel street becomes free from 5.30pm till 8.30am and is also free for the weekend,
There is a Non-smoking policy according to the new Scottish law, No pets are permitted anywhere on the premises and Check-in:14:00 Check-out:10:00
