The Oban hotel is a traditional thirty-bedroom Victorian establishment, privately run with a wonderful relaxed family atmosphere. All floors are serviced by a lift for your convenience. We have a large but cosy lounge with a fully licensed bar and offer a variety of entertainment most evenings. The Grand Piano being a firm favourite for our private guests, (Subject to availability).

The Compton Restaurant was newly refurbished in January 2006 and can accommodate up to fifty-five diners. Here you can indulge in a variety of delicious traditional dishes for breakfast and evening meals. The idyllic sun terrace and balcony is fantastic for soaking up the sunshine, enjoying the sea view and watching the world go by.

At the Oban Hotel we have 30 comfortable ensuite rooms to offer, arranged over five floors. All rooms have brand new traditional sheets and blankets, tea and coffee making facilities, colour television (some with LCD flat screens), radio, internal telephones, electric shaver points, and hot water bottles. Hairdryers, ironing equipment and alarm clocks are available at reception. We can also provide an additional bed in suitable rooms when requested.
