Linhope House was built around 1820 and retains much of the Regency elegance with its pillared entrance leading into an exquisite hallway with original coving and staircase. A huge feature arched window lights up the hallway.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful drawing room/ dining room with its high ceilings and beautiful marble fireplace and huge windows both south and west.
Our three guest rooms have been recently decorated using traditional themes and include a variety of antiques and modern facilities to ensure comfort in every way. Two of our large bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the third has its own private bathroom with the added bonus of a steam / shower cabin containing optional radio and subtle lighting.
All our guest rooms are equipped with beautiful white Egyptian cotton linen, goose down duvets, large fluffy dressing gowns, optional newspapers, tea and coffee facilities, range of toiletries, hairdryers, radio alarms, TV/ DVD players available on request as well as a selection of books/ DVDs to borrow.
