Harepath Holidays at Peacehaven is a family run holiday business situated in the lovely East Devon Countryside by the sea near Seaton. We enjoy lovely views over the Axe Valley to the Axe Estuary and beyond to the sea.
With our flexible accommodation we can cater for a wide range of holiday needs from Bed & Breakfast for individuals and families, with evening meals available if required, to group bookings (up to 35) with catered and self catering options available. Please contact us for prices and availability of group bookings.
Our facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, games room, guests lounge, and Chapel and Conference suite all of which is set in over 5 acres of glorious East Devon Countryside. We have an abundance of wildlife for you to enjoy while at Peacehaven. In our grounds we have our own sheep, with lambs at various times of the year. Rabbits, squirrels, foxes, buzzards, woodpeckers, and hosts of other wild life commonly visit.
We have a variety of bedrooms, most of which are en-suite, from single rooms through to spacious family rooms which can sleep 6. We can also provide cots when required. All are well equipped and appointed and most have sea views.
We can also cater for celebration meals, conferences, and retreats, and our indoor heated swimming pool is available for hire.
So why not come and relax and enjoy the peace of our part of the east devon countryside. We aim to make everyone feel at home, in our ‘Haven of Peace’
Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. No pets allowed. Children welcome. Check-In time: 7:00 and Check-Out time: 10:00. Family rooms are priced on two adults. Children between the ages of 2 and 14 will be charged 50% and children aged 14 and over are charged at the adult rate. Children not sharing with parents will be charged at the adult rates. Children under the age of 2 are charged at the rate currently of £6 per stay.

Room 1 is a large family room with en-suite shower room. It looks out to the south and east and has lovely views of the Axe Valley to Seaton and the Sea.
Room 3 is also a large family room with en-suite shower room. It has lovely views to the south over Seaton and to the Sea.
Room 4 is a large family room. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom. It has lovely views to the south and west and looks out over the Axe Valley to Seaton and the Sea.
Room 8 is a double with en-suite shower room. It has lovely views to the east across the Axe Valley to the hills beyond and glimpses of the Sea.
Room 10 is a double with en-suite shower room. It is situated on the Ground floor adjacent to our Chapel and Conference facilities. It can be reached from the main house via a small flight of steps. This room looks out onto a pretty garden.
We have 4 en-suite twin rooms.
Room 4 has a double and single bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. It has lovely views to the south and west and looks out over the Axe Valley to Seaton and the Sea.
Room 10 also has a double and single bed and an en-suite shower room. It is situated on the Ground floor adjacent to our Chapel and Conference facilities. Room 9 is situated on the ground floor and is between our dining room and sitting room. It has a wash hand basin, and use of a shared shower room, which is situated close by. The room looks out to the south and has lovely Sea vies. This room is suitable for people with who would find using the stairs a struggle.
We have 2 double rooms with shared bathroom facilities.
